Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original box with all manuals and accessories, ensuring the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our technical team inspects the device.
